We want you to feel confident when ordering from ActiveStrips. Below you’ll find our return, exchange, and refund policy.

30-Day Return Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all original labels or seals. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase or an order number.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please contact us at info@activestrips.shop. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label along with instructions on how to send your order back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@activestrips.shop so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, personal care products such as our nasal strips cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the unused item (if eligible) and place a new order.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase or an order number.

International Customers

For customers outside the European Union, return and cancellation rights may vary depending on local laws. In such cases, our return policy as described above applies.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take several additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
